THEN CAME COKE COLA, SUGAR IN A BOTTLE OF WATER
2. BEING ADHD I STAYED HYPER = REVVED UP METABOLISM
MEANS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE FOR 
ME TO GAIN WEIGHT.
3. I WAS RAISED ON EXTREME DRINKING OF COLAS , HOMEMADE BISCUITS, HOMEMADE PANCAKES,LOT'S OF SAUSAGE AND BACON, JUNK FOOD DOMINATED MY LIFE , LITTLE DEBBIES PRODUCTS WAS MY GO TO SNACK, 
MY DAD WAS A COOK AND SO WAS MOM , CAKES, CANDY, COOKIES , AND JUNK FOOD WAS AN ONGOING THING.
CORNBREAD WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR LUNCH AND SUPPER OR
FRESH WHITE , PROCESSED BREAD, MOM EVEN CHANGED FROM HOMEMADE TO PROCESSED CAN BISCUITS
PROCESSED MEATS LIKE BOLOGNA , LUNCHEON MEAT, SPAM,AND VIENNA SAUSAGE WERE OUR REGULAR LUNCHES AND SNACKS . AND YES LOTS OF PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY SANDWICHES , AND 30 SECOND MICROWAVED HOTDOGS.
ALL THIS NON- REAL FOODS AND DRINKS TURNED TO FAT .
THE MORE OF THESE THINGS ATE AND DRANK TO BIGGER I HAD GOTTEN.
4. MY ACID/ ALKALINE WAS SO OUT OF SYNC , IT'S BEEN UNREAL
THE ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS , CHEMICALLY HAS BEEN DOING THE SAME THING TO ME 
5. DAD DIED IN 1995, LIVER CANCER, MOM IN 2003 , HEART ATTACK , MY BROTHER BOB , 2010 , LIVER CANCER, JANET , MY WIFE HAD THYROID CANCER , AND THYROID REMOVED 
IN 1997, IN 2003 , I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETES, BETWEEN 2003 AND 2007 , I HAD A SEVERE MEDICAL REACTION TO THE BLOOD SUGAR MED AND THE CHOLESTEROL
MEDS , CHANGED TO INSULIN , FOR SUGAR AND NATURAL PRODUCTS FOR THE OTHER.
6. YA'LL IT'S BEEN TEN YEARS , NOW I JUST TAKE INSULIN AND NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS , THIS IS HOW MY BODY IS ,

1, PROCESSED FOODS (WHEN OUR BODIES DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE FOOD WE EAT AS FOOD ,IT IS STORED AS FAT.)
2. SUGAR ; AND STARCHY FOODS THAT TURN TO SUGAR
3. AVOID UNHEALTHY AND LARGE AMOUNTS OF FATS
4. AVOID ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS (STEVIA IS A GOOD ONE)
5. LIMIT AND OR AVOID WHEAT
6.LIMIT FRIED FOODS, ( I DONE MY OWN TRIAL ON THIS WHEN I EAT CERTAIN FRIED PROCESSED FOODS , IT TOOK MY BODY 36 TO 42 HOURS TO ELIMINATE IT . I USED HOT SAUCE TO KNOW WHEN IT TOOK PLACE . SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT , LOOK HOW MESSED UP MY BODY WAS WHEN EATING FRIED FOODS DAILY MY METABOLISM WAS SLOWING DOWN AND I WAS BACKING UP MY FOOD PROCESSING SYSTEM , WOW.
7.DRINK PLENTY OF PURIFIED WATER , IF NOT WATER FLUIDS 
(ACCORDING TO WEBMD WE NEED 1/2 TO 1 OUNCE OF WATER PER POUND TO KEEP OUR BODIES HYDRATED , SO FOR A 120 LB PERSON THEY WOULD NEED SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 60 AND 120 OUNCES A DAY . ACCORDING TO THE WEBMD POST YOU CAN CHECK YOUR URINE , WHEN IT'S LIGHT YELLOW OR CLEAR WITH NO STRONG SCENT IT'S GOOD.)
8. EAT PLENTY OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
9. THOSE THAT ARE NOT ALLERGIC TO THEM , ENJOY A HANDFUL OF NUTS DAILY
10.DAIRY , 3 TIMES A DAY FOR THOSE THAT CAN
11. AVOID COMBINING PROTEIN WITH HIGH CARBS, (MY WORST HABIT , A SANDWICH , ACCORDING TO FOOD EXPERTS , THIS STORES AS FAT . I WISH I HAD KNOW THIS OVER 40 YEARS AGO , BUT , MAYBE IT WILL HELP SOME OF US NOT TO REDESIGN OUR EATING.)
12. ALLOW 1 OR 2 CHEAT DAYS , ALWAYS SPREAD THEM OUT , TWO DAYS TOGETHER IS NOT A GOOD IDEA . THIS HELPS YOUR METABOLISM TO STAY STABLE.
